Yerevan State College of Decorative Art is celebrating the 50th anniversary of its foundation (http://artvet.schoolsite.am/). Its opening ribbon was cut and the first class was organized by Martiros Saryan. Here, students specialize in jewelry, wood and stone carving art, ceramics, miniature painting, carpet weaving, tailor-modeling disciplines and regularly exhibitions and master classes are organized exhibit their works. On November 1, the day of the anniversary, an exhibition was organized by the Union of Artists and the works created in different years were presented there. During the opening ceremony diplomas, certificates and prizes were awarded to supporting organizations and partners of the educational institution.
A certificate of appreciation was also awarded to “National Center for Educational Technologies of Ministry of Education” SNGO for its support for the college.
